29th Birthday Wishlist | Just Add Ginger

29th Birthday Wishlist

My 29th birthday is only a couple of weeks away now, and whereas normally I wouldn't have a clue what would be on my wishlist, this year, I completely know everything I am lusting after.

There are a couple of beauty products that have caught my eye over the pasty year. Something ESPA is always on every wishlist and their Winter Spice Candle has to be up there as one of my all-time favourite candles. Goodness knows I need as much downtime as I can get right now, and having that burning in the background would mean instant relaxation vibes galore. The ESPA Skin Radiance Mask is also on my list to help with the whole relaxation process. Its a lovely little luxurious "Sunday night" mask to have, and I've just run out of mine. Getting in to a good routine of regularly using a face mask on the lead up to the wedding is also really important. I don't think I could handle a skin eruption on my wedding day!

The Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar palette is one I've heard so much about. Granted I don't need another eyeshadow palette, but this year my love of make up has overtaken my love of clothes. I've heard lots of good things about Too Faced products lately, and anything that reminds me of chocolate instantly attracts my attention.

Boyfriend actually bought me Valentina Pink for our anniversary, and I loved it s much, I knew immediately I wanted to wear it as my wedding perfume. Sweet, florall, but not sickly, and with a scent that lingers on your skin for hours. I used a while bottle up in less than a month I loved it so much, so this is a definite restock must!

The Zoeva Rose Golden Brush Set has been something that has popped up in various YouTube videos on my subscription list throughout this year. One or two times I've added these to a virtual basket but chickened-out at the last minute. A lot of my brushes are knackered now, and these ones would make such pretty additions to my beauty stash.

And what girly girl wouldn't want to ring in her birthday with a bottle of her favourite fizz and bunch of beautiful flowers. This birthday I'm on a pampering mission, and these would be the cherry on top of a lovely big birthday cake this year!

ESPA 24-Hour Replenishing Moisturiser* | Just Add Ginger

Just Add Ginger blog

Even though our wedding is just a few months away. Even though my many hours spent pinning wedding-related things has taught me I should be getting in to a good skincare routine. Even though I know I should try better. I am still a very lazy girl when it comes to skincare. Which is why I love a beauty product you don't need to have time and 100% every day dedication for you to see a result.

I have been loving my ESPA Skincare products for so long because they really do suit my lack of time/energy to a multi-step skincare routine so well. Just look back through my blog posts over the past year and you'll see just how much I have loved everything I've tried. Which is why when they very kindly snt me a sample of their 24-Hour Replenishing Moisturiser to try, I was really excited. I love using the Optimal Skin Pro Moisturiser, and really noticed a lot of difference in the quality of my skin after using it, but whenever there's an opportunity to try something new, I have to grab it. I know I'm only going to love it just as much, or even more.

The first thing that strikes you when you use any ESPA product is the scent, and this moisturiser is no different. Luxurious, comforting, and with warm, slightly spicy undertones that immediately tickle your nostrils and remind you of what it is like to be in a spa. The 24-Hour moisturiser is no different, and my mood was immediately made less frazzled as I crawled out of bed each morning, and applied a thin layer to my face. Just inhaling that scent brings about a calm in me. Whatever my day brings, I know I'll have well looked after skin, and a face that smells brilliant!

The consistency of the moisturiser is slightly lighter than the Pro, but still felt just as luxurious, melting in to my skin with ease, and making a great base for make up. Because I had a sample size to trial, I only used the moisturiser in the morning, but its lightweight quality would make it perfect for both day and night application.

Even though I only had a small amount of the moisturiser to try, I did begin to notice a difference in my skin. It was smoother, slightly brighter, and just generally felt lovely. It sorted out my dry, scaly (such a sexy word) patches of skin, and in no way caused any sensetivity. It really is a lovely product to use. There is richness in the consistency, but it is lightweight enough to use twice a day and smells just divine! ESPA really never lets me down, and I would happily spend that little bit extra for the knowledge that I'm giving my skin exactly what it needs.

*I was very kindly sent a sample of the 24-Hour Replenishing Moisturiser to trial. This in no way affects my opinion. They are completely informed by my experiences using the product and always 100% honest.

Christmas Beauty Wishlist 2015 | Just Add Ginger

Christmas Beauty Wishlist 2015

If you have been following me on my blog for a while now, you'll know that it's no secret. For me, Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year! I love everything about it. The food, the fun, the festive cheer. Everything about the Yuletide just makes me happy and revert back to a child-like state of immeasurable glee.

This year, unlike the past few, I actually have a pretty good idea of what I would like on my Christmas wishlist. The past couple of months my preferences have drastically changed, and whereas I would be drawn to lusting over fashion, I really am loving my beauty and lifestyle products.

Of course, right there at the top are my picks from the Lush Christmas collection. Now I'm a Lushie all year round, but the Christmas products for me are my absolute all time favourites to use. You'll usually find me in the Lush in Liverpool, cramming as many Luxury Lush Puds as I can in to my basket. But I'e had to be incredibly restrained this year (wedding purchases take priority) and instead I have put some of the products I know will be the best in making me feel like a pampered princess (mainly those precious little puds, Rose Jam, The Golden Wonder, and Yog Nog.)

No Christmas wishlist of mine would be complete without featuring some ESPA Skincare products. Scroll through my posts over the past year and ESPA have featured a lot. They are by far my most beloved skincare brand, and I could sing their praises til' the cows come home. Up there amongst my most favourite ESPA products are the Bergamot & Jasmine Foam Bath, Winter Spice Candle, and Skin Radiance Mask. So of course, these had to make it on to my wishlist.

Now, generally I'm not one for lusting over loads of high-end make up. Trust me I would be, but my bank balance just doesn't accommodate this as an option. But the one thing that I have been completely drawn in by and cannot get out of my head are the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders. Forever a fan of a glowy complexion, I would love to give these a try. And have you seen the packaging of the palette? Oh my goodness. It is just the prettiest thing I've ever seen. Just seeing that every time I opened my make up drawer would be enough for me (not that I'm fickle of anything...!)

Santa, if you're reading this, I think I've been an exceptionally good girl this year, so if you could hit me up with any of these beauties, I'll be oh-so very grateful!

ESPA & The Little Book Of Summer Beauty* | Just Add Ginger

Just Add Ginger blog

Just Add Ginger blog

If you've been following my blog for a while now, then you will know just how much I love ESPA Skincare. I honestly cannot get enough of this brand, and since switching the majority of my skincare over to them, I have noticed a visible difference in the condition of my face. I'm one of those girls who all the way through high school had horrendous skin - spots upon spots upon spots. In my early twenties, these began to clear, but now that I'm gradually approaching the big 3-0 (shh, don't tell anyone) my skin is still carrying the combination quality, and faint scarring of spots from days gone by. I'm not going to lie, it's really frustrating.

So when ESPA very kindly sent me their Little Book Of Summer Beauty, I was over-the-moon. My dedication to using their products means that I get through them like nobody's business, and I was nearing the end of my stash! Contained in the beautifully packaged box, contained a hand-picked trio of ESPA's bestsellers - Their Pink Hair & Scalp Mud, the 24-Hour Replenishing Moisturiser, and the Optimal Skin ProSerum. Oh, my heart skipped a little beat.

Now, I know, before you say anything - Summer is over (at least if you are in the UK,) so why talk about all this now? Well, just because Autumn has arrived, days get colder, nights get longer and all that jazz, it doesn't mean I don't want to lose my Summer skincare routine. In 6 short months, I'm going to be walking down the aisle, and by gum I want to feel and look my best!

ESPA Pink Hair & Scalp Mud

I must confess that when I first tried out a sample of this, I didn't quite get the technique right. I applied it to freshly shampoo-ed wet hair, and this meant that the benefits of the mud did not work at all. In fact, it had the opposite effect and made my hair feel a bit lifeless. Lesson learnt: do NOT use this on wet hair.

Second time around, I applied a thick-ish layer of the mud to my scalp, roots, and ends of my hair. I put it on mid-morning, and let it work its magic until the hours of the early evening. My hair at the time was dry, frazzled, wind-swept, and greasy. I had suffered sunburn on my head whilst away on holiday, and subsequently had flaky skin too (yeah I know right - schexy!) My hair was in dire need of some TLC.

When it was time to wash the mud off, I massaged it out of my hair under the shower first, then washed again with some shampoo to ensure all the mud was removed. Afterwards, once my hair had dried, it felt sleek, glossy, and all those really annoying back-of-the-head knots that I suffer from had vanished. I was so happy. My scalp always felt so utterly soothed. No flakes, no sore patches. My hair had undergone the care it so desperately needed.

This product did work wonders for me, but I'll be saving it for times my hair is in serious need of looking after. It's so luxurious a product I don't want to waste it on a whim. For glossy and gorgeous hair maintenance, I'm aiming to apply the mud once ever 4-6 weeks. That way, I can be frugal with my beauty products, and also have a mega girlie pamper evening to look forward to!

ESPA Optima Skin ProSerum

Out of the three products, this is the one I am still using. It was a welcome deceptively-sized bottle. Now, I have used the ProSerum before, and this beauty is where I really started to notice a difference in my skin. The colour seemed more balanced, scarring faded, and I generally looked less porcelain and pasty and more glowy. I love this product.

Application is in pipet form, meaning that you are easily able to control the amount of product you use and where you place it. For me, I use the serum every morning, before I moisturise and put on my foundation. Making sure the pipet is full, I dot some serum around my face, on to my neck, and sometimes my décolleté. It leaves my skin feeling so silky smooth, pampered, and generally prepared for the day ahead. I do sometimes apply the serum at night if I'm noticing my skin starting to look a bit dull, but once a day is usually enough for me.

Oh - and did I mention it smells amazing? Warm and comforting and luxurious? That definitely gets it triple bonus points in my book!

ESPA 24-Hour Replenishing Moisturiser

Kissed with the trademark ESPA scent that I have come to love so much, I just cannot seem to part with this tub. It's sitting next to me right now, faint traces of moisturiser still clinging to the sides. It's almost empty, and yet, I'm not ready to say goodbye.

Before the book arrived, I'd not used an ESPA moisturiser before. But I knew I wasn't likely to be disappointed....and I wasn't. The 24-Hour Replenishing Moisturiser was a joy to use, and probably one of the best I've ever tested. Rich but not heavy, and with a consistency that was good for both day and night, I used this religiously. A thinner layer in the morning after applying the ProSerum, and a thicker layer at night to give my skin some night-time loving. I was gutted when I ran out! This is something that will definitely be a pay day purchase. Nothing else could really do it justice.

ESPA has never let me down. Ever since I tried my very first skincare sample, I have been an absolutely avid fan. The ingredients always work wonders for me, I never have had a reaction - and I have very sensitive skin. And now, with this little gem of a beauty regime in the bag, that summer glow that I forever seek can go with me through Autumn, Winter, Spring, until it's time to crack out the sunnies and swimsuit again. Cos' let's face it, we always deserve a pamper no matter what time of year it is!

*I was very kindly sent the ESPA Little Book Of Summer Beauty. This in no way affects my opinions. They are always 100% honest, guided by my skin, and experiences using the products.

#AtoZChallenge / Wishlist: Bridal Beauty

Wishlist: Bridal Beauty

I am a self-professed beauty junkie! I love al things make up, skincare, bath products...hair....face....you name it. I love it all.

And with my wedding waving at me from eleven months away, I think it is within my right as a bride to make myself a little wedding wishlist of all the beauty bits I would love in my collection to help pamper and prep myself ready for that special day.

ESPA are - without a doubt - my favourite skincare brand. I love all of the products I have tried, and each and every one has done my skin an absolute wonder (if you look through my previous posts you can see how much I sing their praises.) The Pink Hair and Scalp Mud and the Nourishing Cleansing Balm are two products I haven't tried yet, but I'd really like to give a go. There is no question in my mind as to whether they would help sort out my crunchy ends and spot-scarred face. And to top it off, I would walk down the aisle smelling sensational!

Too Faced are a brand that I've heard a lot about, but never tried. Now I know that on the day, the lovely Polly and Sam Make Up will be helping me, MG and my maids look glorious, but there is no harm in having a few eyeshadow palettes to play with. The Chocolate Bar Palette and the Natural Matte Palette contain colours that are right up my street, and I'd get endless amounts of joy pretending I know what I'm doing and creating looks from them.

The other day I went to the Laura Mecier counter and sniffed the Almond Coconut Honey Bath for the first time. Then promptly died and went to heaven. This little pot of loveliness would be such a luxury to have in my life and I can honestly see myself relaxing in a wonderfully warm bath with this the night before the wedding and sipping on some fizz,

Now don't get me wrong, I love my Soap & Glory Kick Ass concealer, but I've heard a lot of good things about Bobbi Brown and I have been itching for an excise to give something from the line a go. Once I saw they have a corrector, I knew it had to go on my list. Being a redhead and fair I suffer a lot from under-eye darkness, and a peachy, salmon-toned concealer really helps to banish that pesky purple hue to a far, far away place.

I love, love, LOVE my nude lipsticks. Although I am very dedicated to "Boy" and "Patisserie", it has been an Hourglass lipstick that has really caught my eye. The shade I saw and immediately thought would be very fitting for my face is "Grace." The perfect warm neutral shade that is "your lips but better" and prefect for a wedding look. The Ambient Lighting Palette is another product I am desperate to try. Just look how beautiful it is! Just looking at it makes me smile!

The NARS Copacabana Illuminator is another one of those products that I've heard a lot about but have yet to try. I want my face to glow like a goddess' the day of the wedding, and I think that this could really help me achieve that look in my pre-wedding make up play-around. It'd also be a good item to have in a make up emergency kit if my face started to flag towards the end of the day.

Now, I really can't leave out an Urban Decay 24/7 liner. This product I've heard rave reviews about. I really struggle keeping eyeliner on my lids, and I have high hopes that this one would in no way budge from my face. Even with tears and all.

Lastly, Valentina isn't a brand new perfume to me, but I think it will end up being my signature wedding scent. It's a fragrance that Boyfriend really likes, and wearing it on the day will evoke so many memories of our relationship, and help form new ones...Oooo I'd better stop. I'm getting all emotional!

These are my dream products that I would love to invest in over the next year. I really want to do y best and looking after my skin, pampering myself wherever possible, and working on my wedding look so that when it comes to my trials, I know exactly what I want. And I really think this compilation of cosmetics, bath, hair and body products will help me along the way.

#AtoZChallenge / ESPA Naturally Radiant Tinted Moisturiser

Just Add Ginger blog

Just Add Ginger blog

Just Add Ginger blog

I have been the biggest fan of ESPA products ever since I discovered them through a goody bag at an NWBloggers event last year. First it was the foam bath, then the ProCleanser....and now with every product I try I am more and more impressed.

So when I heard that ESPA were releasing a tinted moisturiser - the ESPA Naturally Radiant Tinted Moisturiser - I knew I had to try it out. As I have gotten further in to my twenties, I am relying less and less on a full face of make up, and am turning more towards products that will show my visage some TLC and work to put some life back in to it. Early starts for work, not drinking as much water as I should, and exposure to city pollution mean that my skin doesn't always look the way I'd like it to. Wherever I can, I always try to treat it with love and give it the time and nurturing it deserves.

ESPA heard my call of interest in trying out the tinted moisturiser and very kindly sent me two sample sizes to try. The first in the palest shade on offer - Nude, and the second with a pinky-nude colour - Blush.

Religiously I sampled each shade every morning, using work the perfect excuse to throw on a little bit more make up than usual. Normally -and being honest here - I just can't be arsed with the faff of putting on a polished face of make up for work. I crawl out of bed, bleary-eyed, put on a bit of mascara, cover my dark circles with a dab of concealer and I'm good to go. But because the product is essentially a moisturiser, it found its place in my morning routine perfectly.

But before I get in to reviewing the tinted moisturiser itself, let's just take a moment to stare in awe at how pretty this packaging is. The sample tubes are metallic (almost rose gold) and shimmery, with the unmistakeable purple ESPA typography dancing on the front. It just looks so luxe and beautiful that it is a joy to display it on my make up stand. And I'm almost certain the sample sizes are perfect miniature forms of the standard. All of ESPA's products are simply stunning and chic in my eyes, but this packaging tops them all in my eyes. It's the colour combination that does it. Just. So. Pretty|!

The formulation of the tinted moisturiser is just as smooth as the packaging is pretty. It isn't too thick, and glides on to the skin with ease, blending in seamlessly. I spent time testing out both of the shades, and they both complemented my cheeks to perfection. But in very different ways. 01 Nude was almost a 100% match for my skintone, and provided slightly more coverage because it is completely matte. 02 Blush on my skin almost had a shimmer, and made my skin a bit more radiant and dewy. I can't comment as to whether it is meant to do this, but on my skin the finish it created was amazing. For a tinted moisturiser the coverage is fantastic, and I was really pleased by the fact that it didn't oxidise on my skin. I've had that trouble a lot in the past with tinted moisturisers and it is definitely NOT a sexy look!

Does the coverage last all day? No. Do I expect it to? No. ESPA have created a hybrid product here, and whereas the coverage is amazing, but I don't expect it to last all day with the thin layer I have been applying. Building up layer by layer to create a medium-coverage product I'm certain would mean the lasting power would increase by far, but I have been using it just as I would a moisturiser. And I wouldn't smear a thick layer of that on my face in the morning.

I am extremely impressed with the ESPA Naturally Radiant Tinted Moisturiser. The finish is unrivalled by any other tinted moisturiser I've tried. The colour-match to my skintone is just perfection, and the consistency is smooth and creamy, leaving my skin nourished, kissed back to life, and definitely not greasy. I will 100% be purchasing the full-size....once I can decide which shade I like the best!

I cannot recommend the ESPA tinted moisturiser enough. The coverage is lovely and natural, it leaves your skin feeling hydrated, and the packaging is gorgeous to boot (always an added bonus.) It is a little on the pricier size (a full-size is £32.00.) But ESPA products are always worth the investment. In my eyes, they have done no wrong, and continue to impress me, growing from strength to strength and helping make me feel gorgeous.

ESPA Bergamot & Jasmine Foam Bath | Just Add Ginger

I discovered ESPA last year. And it was love at first sight

The ESPA Bergamot & Jasmine Foam Bath was the first ESPA product that I ever tried. I found it nestled in a goodie bag at a North West Bloggers event. And with one sniff my infatuation with the brand began.

I think we all know that when it comes to me and my baths, it takes a lot for me to be blown away. As a self-professed "LUSHie." when it comes to soaking in a roasting hot bubble bath, I like to indulge in a bath ballistic or bubble bar. Bath foams get a little bit boring.

Until I met ESPA! Firstly, let's take a moment to admire how beautiful the packaging is. The sleek, deep purple bottle with rose gold and lavender lettering just sings to me. It looks opulent and luxe, and really high-end. It calls out in hushed tones "You know you want me. Pick me for your bath tonight."

The scent is just as enticing. The blend of notes create a deep and spicy scent that is right up my street when it comes to fragrance. It smells like you have walked out of your bathroom and stepped in to a spa. It is just divine. Once a bottle of this foam bath is merely in your presence, the bergamot, jasmine and cedarwood waltz their way in to your nostrils and bring about this sense of calm that is inescapable.

The consistency of the foam bath is thick without being gloopy, and bubbles up under running hot water beautifully. Before you know it your bath is filled with fluffy, amazing-smelling bubbles that bob up and down on the water. Unlike quite a lot of the bath foams I've tried, the bubbles don't melt. They glide on the water for ages, and keep the spicy scent filtering in to your presence.  After the bath is over, the fragrance lingers on your skin, and makes you feel like you have just left a luxury spa treatment.

I honestly cannot sing the praises of little bottle of bath-time joy enough. Boyfriend and I are on our second bottle, and we are both dreading the day that it is all gone. There is no question about it. We will be investing in this foam bath again. It's going to be a battle to decide who gets to have the last drop in their bath. At £18.00 a bottle it is a touch on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it is worth every single penny. The Boy and I both get so much enjoyment out of having it in our lives that I don't think we'd know where we were without it.

There is nothing like coming home from the gym, or a really long day, and slipping yourself in to those soapy, spicy suds.

#Blogtember Day Fourteen: ESPA Optimal Skin ProCleanser

Just Add Ginger: ESPA Optimal Skin ProCleanser

As a self-professed lazy girl when it comes to skincare, I am always on the lookout for products that are multi-faceted, easy to use, and leave my skin feeling fresh, spot free and fabulous without having to go through hundreds of steps.

ESPA Skincare has been a recent discovery for me in the beauty world. Before, I was a distant admirer of their pretty packaging and luxurious product layouts in shops. But, after trying their Herbal Spafresh Spritzer, bathing in their bath foam and bath oils, I have really been looking forward to giving more of the range a go.

So, when a beautiful packaged miniature of the ESPA Optimal Skin ProCleanser popped through my post box* last week, you can imagine how excited I was! From the minute I clapped eyes on the gorgeous purple packaging, I knew I was on to a winner (I know you're not meant to judge a book by it's cover, but I just can't help myself when it comes to beauty products.)

As soon as the scent of the ProCleanser drifts into your nostrils you are transported far away and in to your own personal spa. The blend of ingredients really does create a truly opulent smell that I find really attractive and relaxing. There is nothing more enjoyable than coming home and using your own little tube of luxury to remove your make-up. It makes taking off my face a joy rather than a job. Finding products that offer you that little glimpse of glamour without breaking the bank is really important.

The consistency of the ProCleanser is light and delicate on the skin. The jojoba spheres that work to gently exfoliate the skin are small and not overly abrasive. After massaging the cleanser into your skin for a few seconds they begin to melt away, leaving the cleanser with a smooth and silky soft layer on your face. With a quick sweep of a muslin cloth, flannel, or clean hands over the ProCleanser, all remnants are gone, leaving your skin soft, supple, and smell sensational.

Even with the added exfoliating aspect of the cleanser, my skin is still left feeling really silky after every time I have used the ProCleanser. For someone with really sensitive skin, this is usually unheard of. Normally, I would have to throw the moisturiser on myself to keep my skin happy, but I don't need to overdo it after using the ProCleanser. I have been using it 1-2 times a day, and following using the cleanser with the ESPA Optimal Skin ProSerum and the two combined are a match made in heaven for me. It also compliments the Spafresh Spritzer really well, which I use every morning. Since using the ProCleanser and Proserum as part of my skincare routine, skin over the last few days seems so much clearer. I've not had any breakouts, and I feel so confident. And I'm just about to have my *whispers* monthly visitor, so you can imagine how munch of a breakdown my skin might be having right now! I actually feel proud of my face, and even pointed out to Boyfriend yesterday how clear it seemed...."Have you seen this? It's my face....And I'm not wearing make up!"

What I love so much about the ProCleanser is the multi-purpose aspect that it has. It doesn't only cleanse the skin, but gentle exfoliates it too. And if you want to, you can use the ProCleanser as a mask. And it has been kind and accommodating to my sensitive skin, leaving me with no irritation whatsoever. It really does tick all the boxes I look for in skincare products. Plus, it smells divine. What more could you ask for?

If you are still searching for that skincare product that you can use with ease, that cleanses, nourishes, and keeps your skin feeling (and smelling) sexy then definitely give the ProCleanser a go. It has seriously been impressing me, and has made what once was a dreaded daily task, a fun aspect of my beauty regime.

For more information about ESPA Optimal Skin ProCleanser, or any other of the ESPA products, head to:

* I registered online for ESPA's blog competition, and ESPA kindly sent me out a sample size of the Optimal Skin ProCleanser to try for my entry to their "Optimal ProCleanse Blog Competition." I also received a sample size of the Optimal Skin ProSerum. This has not, nor will ever not affect my opinions on ESPA products. They are 100% my own, 100% honest, and informed my experiences alone.

#Blogtember Day Thirteen: Beauty by Ginger - ESPA Herbal Spafresh Spritzer

I haven't hidden the fact that my skin is less than perfect. Even now, as I gradually approach the big 30, I still suffer from breakouts, redness, and sometimes very unhappy skin. I am always on the hunt for skincare products that will give my face a bit of TLC, whilst still being gentle and nourishing.

Until the ESPA Herbal Spafresh Spritzer came in to my life, I had never tried any of their products before. It's not really a brand that I had heard mentioned a lot, so I think I'd always been a bit scared of taking the plunge and testing anything out. But in the spirit of trying something new, I decided it was high time to give something new a go.

Toning products are a bit alien to me. As a self-professed lazy girl, I like products that will just get the job done quickly and with minimal effort. I don't like the fuss. I value my bed time too much to spend hours on a skincare routine

Which is why I love this little gem of a product so much. Firstly, let's talk about the ingredients shall we? Including a mix of essential oil "distillates," witch hazel, elderflower and peppermint the spritzer really works to battle blemishes, clear out congestion and make your skin look and feel fantastic. Which it does. I cannot tell you how much my skin has improved since I brought this in to my routine. And whereas I can't be 100000% that it was because if the spritzer that my skin sorted itself out, I would lay money on this being the main contributing factor.

All the ingredients combined give the spritzer a gorgeous scent too. To me, it smells very luxurious and very much like a spa product would and should smell. It is warm and a bit spicy, and the witch hazel comes through subtly, which adds a bit of zing to let you know it's there and ready to wage war on those pesky pimples for you. If you're not a fan of scented face products though, this might not be the right choice for you. But for me, who, half-asleep performs her skincare routine in the early morning light, the scent really perks me up.

So. How do you use this little bottle of herb-infused joy? Simply spray directly on to your freshly cleansed face (and neck and upper décolletée too,) then wipe off with a clean, slightly damp cotton wool pad. Easy as pie. And great to do even if you are standing in front of your mirror bleary-eyed and still longing for the cosiness of your bed. Instead of spraying it on to my face (at that time in the morning I might miss and end up getting it in my eye or something) I spray the solution on to a cotton pad first before I apply it to my face. And this works just as well as using it directly on your face.  would.

The ESPA Herbal Spafresh Spritzer retails for £19.00 for 100ml (I found this price on their website.) It may seem a bit steep if you're not used to spending loads on skincare, but for those of you out there who suffer with skin issues (especially oily/combination skin qualms like me,) I'd definitely consider adding this to your collection. It has done my skin the world of good. It looks and feels better than it has in a good long while. After having it for nearly four months, and using it every morning, I am only just a quarter of the way through, so you definitely get your money's worth.
